Pacific Rim Crib
Newly compliant
Stable side
The Pacific Rim Crib is a Natural Maple Wood Crib is made using sustainable 100% solid maple wood with mortoise and tenon joints throughout . Many crib manufacturers claim their cribs are natural wood but have drawers or parts that are made of particle board or veneers that can cause outgassing of chemicals such as formaldehyde.
Many crib companies claim to have a non-toxic finish but allow polyurethane coatings, varnishes and stains that may be harmful to your baby over time. A baby spends so much of his or her time in a crib. It makes sense to be sure that the crib is not only made from natural materials, but does not have chemical coatings that the baby can inhale while sleeping.
The Pacific Rim Natural Maple Wood Crib is finished by hand-rubbing a natural oil and beeswax into the wood for a beautiful matte look. The crib can also be special-ordered unfinished. Shown above is the Arts & Crafts Crib style of Pacific Rim.
This Pacific Rim crib grows with your child! For baby, it's a crib. As your baby begins to toddle, simply install the conversion kit and it graduates to a youth bed. Finally, it becomes a day bed for your older child's room or den.
